From the moment I saw the house for sale, Hpui “kelly” made herself available to me. She opened and maintained multiple channels of communication throughout my home buying journey, as well as promptly kept me informed with any updates throughout the process. Did I mention she speaks several languages!! My mother predominantly speaks Vietnamese as she was born there. While I can understand Vietnamese fully it’s difficult to convey myself thoroughly to my mother regarding something as technical as purchasing my first home. Kelly completely bridged that gap for us. My mother established a great bond with Kelly. Tenacious is a word I’d use to describe Kelly, she did all the heavy lifting so I didn’t have to.
